01Scope and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by nnn7 in connection with the operation of nnn7.org and all services, features, and promotions offered under the nnn7 brand to players in the Philippines. It applies to registered account holders, visitors who browse nnn7.org without registering, and individuals who contact nnn7 through support channels.

nnn7 is the data controller responsible for your personal data. nnn7 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). nnn7 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whose contact details are set out in Section 13.

• Date of birth (for age verification — you must be 21 years or older);
• Email address and Philippine mobile number;
• Residential address;
• Username and hashed password (your actual password is never stored in plain text).

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine AML legislation, nnn7 collects and verifies:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within three months);
• Source of funds documentation in certain circumstances as required by AML regulations.

2.3 Financial and Transaction Data

nnn7 records all financial transactions conducted through your account, including:

• Deposit amounts, timestamps, and payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash registered mobile number, last four digits of bank account);
• Withdrawal requests and confirmations;
• Betting history, game session data, and balance movements;
• Bonus claims and wagering activity.

nnn7 does not store full GCash PINs, Maya passwords, or card CVV/CVC numbers. This data is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners.

2.4 Technical and Usage Data

When you visit or use nnn7.org, we automatically collect certain technical data:

• IP address and approximate geographic location;

• Consent: Processing for non-essential marketing communications and personalised promotional offers, which you may withdraw at any time.

05Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 Service Providers

nnn7 engages third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform. These include payment processors, KYC/identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure providers, game software licensors, and customer support tools. All such providers are engaged under data processing agreements requiring them to process your data only on nnn7's instructions and in compliance with applicable privacy law.

5.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

nnn7 may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, regulation, or lawful order. nnn7 will notify you of any such disclosure where permitted by law to do so.

5.3 No Sale of Personal Data

nnn7 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to third parties. Any data sharing arrangement beyond those described in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 requires your prior explicit consent.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of nnn7's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. nnn7 will notify affected players of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms of the successor entity.

You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will impair your ability to log in and use the nnn7 platform. nnn7 does not use cookies to track your activity on third-party websites unaffiliated with nnn7.

07Data Security

nnn7 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmission between your device and nnn7.org;
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data fields including passwords (hashed), identity documents, and financial records;
• Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to nnn7 personnel with a legitimate operational need, under role-based access permissions;
• Two-factor authentication required for privileged access to nnn7's internal systems;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of the nnn7 platform;
• Incident response procedures that include player notification in the event of a personal data breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act.

Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own nnn7 account credentials. nnn7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

08Data Retention

nnn7 retains your personal data for the following periods:

• Account and KYC data: For the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and AML legislation;
• Transaction records: A minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the AMLC;
• Communications records: Up to three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Technical and usage logs: Up to twelve (12) months, after which data is anonymised or deleted;
• Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent or close your account, whichever is earlier.

Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with nnn7's data disposal procedures. Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual is not subject to the retention limits above and may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes indefinitely.

09Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under Philippine law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by nnn7:

Some rights are subject to limitations where processing is required by law or by nnn7's contractual obligations to you.

10Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

nnn7's gaming services are strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR. nnn7 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If nnn7 discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any deposits returned.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has accessed or registered on nnn7, please contact nnn7 support immediately. nnn7 will take prompt action to close the account and delete any associated personal data of the minor to the extent permitted by law.

11Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of nnn7's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, KYC verification, and game software providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, nnn7 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide equivalent data protection standards.

By using nnn7's services, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to service providers in other jurisdictions where necessary for the operation of the nnn7 platform, subject to the safeguards described above.

12Amendments to This Privacy Policy

nnn7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on nnn7.org, at least fifteen (15) days before the amended policy takes effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with a legal obligation.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of nnn7's services following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
